This year, Smithtown is about to install 3000K LED streetlights with the CREE products LEDway High Output, XSP & RSW LED streetlights and smart photocontrols and devices will be leading the way. The pilot program will be tested sometime in 2018. It will be completed by the end of 2019 or 2020. These two were based on the lights used Upstate. Here are Smithtown's future LED products for the CREE family: 153 watt CREE LEDway High Output STR-LWY (For Highway Only) (3000K Warm White) 93 watt CREE XSP2 (For Intersection & Highway) (3000K Warm White) 82 watt CREE XSP1 (For Intersection & Highway) (3000K Warm White) 30 watt CREE RSWS (For Residential Only) (2700K Warm White)
